3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3.2 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3.3 License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.4 Your Content

• ✦You retain ownership of the voice recordings and chat inputs you provide.
• ✦By submitting a voice recording for cloning, you grant us and our service providers (e.g. ElevenLabs) the rights necessary to create, store, and use your cloned voice solely to generate content for you within the App.
• ✦You represent that any voice you submit for cloning is your own voice, and that you have the right to submit it.

3.5 Generated Content

Affirmations, EFT scripts, and audio generated for you by the App are provided for your personal use. This content is generated in part by artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

3.6 Subscriptions & Payment

Luna currently offers free access to its core features. Certain premium features (such as voice cloning) may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms will be clearly shown before purchase, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

3.7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to clone or attempt to clone a voice that is not your own, use the App for any unlawful purpose, submit abusive or hateful content, or attempt to misuse the App's AI or voice technology in any way that could harm others.

3.8 Disclaimers

The App provides spiritual wellness, self-development, and mindset content generated in part by artificial intelligence. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3.9 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

3.10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

3.11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3.12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
